The Clam House seafood restaurant is family owned and operated by a local fisherman with 38 years of experience diving and fishing from the eastern seaboard to the Tampa Bay and Gulf waters.
Kyle Brinkley's goal is to bring back a taste of old Florida direct to your table. Here you will find the freshest local fish and seafood harvested daily from your own back yard.
The Brinkley's also own a clam farm known as, Joe Island Clams. They are the only clams that are locally farm raised right here in Tampa Bay. The clams are harvested twice a week, served in the restaurant and sold to local wholesalers. He even passes on the discount to his restaurant customers by selling bags of fresh clams at wholesale discounted prices.
After years of experience and knowledge from harvesting multitudes of seafood, Kyle has built many fishing boats to target efficiency in his industry. His latest endeavor, the Thai Fry, was a boat he built specifically for the Clam House restaurant. " Good Food" and "Fresh Food" is a thing of the past, he says.
"I have in my capability the chance to bring a change back to the community, and a change back to people who knew what it used to be to get Good Quality at a Great Price!"
